Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

  • Returns requested after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in your refund amount.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, opened, or damaged by misuse

  • Items not in their original packaging

  • Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this time, the order may already be processed and shipped.
